These terms govern your use of M1 Fit, operated by Momentum Tech. Using the service means you accept them.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
You must not share one login between several people — add them as team members instead so actions are attributable.
Running your own coaching business. You must not use M1 Fit to store data you have no right to hold, to send unsolicited marketing, to break the law in your jurisdiction, or to attempt to access another business's data.
M1 Fit is administrative software for coaches. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Its calorie and macronutrient suggestions are an estimate produced by a well-established formula (Mifflin-St Jeor), deliberately bounded by conservative limits. They are a starting point for a qualified professional to review and adjust — not a prescription, and not a substitute for medical or dietetic advice.
You remain wholly responsible for the programmes you write, for whether they are appropriate for each individual, and for holding the qualifications and insurance your jurisdiction requires. Clients who are pregnant, under eighteen, or have a medical condition should be under appropriate professional care.
Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership of your members, plans or messages. We hold it to provide the service, and we will export it for you on request.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance at the price agreed when your account was set up. Prices can change with 30 days' notice.
If payment lapses, write access is suspended but you keep full read access to your data. We will not hold your clients' records hostage.
You can cancel at any time. We do not refund part-months unless we have failed to provide the service.
We aim to keep M1 Fit available at all times and we back up nightly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting failures and events outside our control can cause downtime. We will tell you about planned work in advance.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or for the consequences of coaching decisions you make.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or for non-payment, having given you reasonable notice and a chance to put it right, except where the breach is serious.
On closure you can request an export of your data before it is deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
