Twelve things M1 Fit does, and what each one actually means on a Tuesday morning.
Intake, goals, medical notes, allergies and full history in one place.
Every client gets a profile holding their intake form, starting and target weight, activity level, medical conditions, injuries, allergies and dietary preferences. Medical flags surface as a warning banner on their profile, on their check-in, and above their message thread — so you never write a plan without seeing them.
Reusable diet and workout templates, assigned in one click.
Write a plan once as a template — meals with portions and macros, or exercises with sets, reps, rest and tempo. Then assign it to one member or twenty, with a start date and a duration. Copy one day onto another when the week repeats. Duplicate a whole plan and tweak it for the next client.
Assigning a new plan ends the old one automatically.
A member has exactly one active diet plan and one active workout plan at a time. Assigning a new one ends the previous one on the same date, so nobody is ever following two contradictory plans — and you never have to remember to clean up.
A worklist of who owes you a check-in and who you owe a reply.
Check-ins are scheduled per member on their own day of the week. The queue sorts into replies owed, due now, missed and upcoming — so you work a list instead of scrolling a chat. Replying schedules the next one automatically and copies your answer into their thread.
Weight, measurements and photos charted against the target.
Log weight, body fat, waist, chest, hips, arm, thigh and neck. The chart plots the trend against the goal line. Front, side and back photos sit alongside it, because the scale misses what the mirror shows. Members who have not logged for ten days surface on your dashboard automatically.
Clients see today’s meals and workout, tick them off, log their weight.
Your clients open a link and see exactly what to eat and train today, with a live calorie and protein tally as they tick items off. They log their weight, submit their weekly check-in and message you — all from their phone. It installs to the home screen like an app, with no app store involved.
Record a note against a member; it lives on their timeline forever.
Record straight from the browser. The note is saved against that member’s record, not dropped into a chat timeline — so six weeks later you can still find what you told them, and it is structurally impossible to send it to the wrong person.
Mifflin-St Jeor targets from their real numbers, in one click.
From height, age, gender, weight, activity level and goal, M1 Fit estimates BMR and maintenance, then suggests daily calories and a protein/carb/fat split. Deliberately conservative: capped at a 20% deficit and floored at a safe minimum. It is a starting point you can override, not a prescription.
Track what each client bought, what they paid and when it expires.
Record each member’s coaching package with its amount, dates and payment status. Packages expiring in the next fortnight appear on your dashboard, so renewals stop slipping through. Monthly collected revenue is summarised in Reports.
Who is getting results, who is engaged, what did you collect.
Member results ranked by weight change with progress-to-target bars, check-in adherence per client, and revenue collected by month. The three numbers that tell you whether the coaching is working and whether the business is.
Add other coaches or admin staff with the right level of access.
Invite coaches (full access) or staff (no settings access). Each member is assigned to a coach. Seats are governed by your plan.
Each business is isolated. Nightly encrypted-at-rest backups.
Every record is scoped to your business at the database layer — no other coach on the platform can see your members, plans or messages, and this is enforced on reads and writes alike. The database and uploaded media are backed up nightly with a fortnight of history.
We will set up a trial account and walk you through it.
