M1 Fit exists because a good coach was losing clients to admin, not to bad coaching.
The trainer this was built for was coaching dozens of people online, entirely through WhatsApp voice notes and typed meal plans. He is excellent at the job. But past a certain number of clients the messages started blurring together — the wrong plan sent to the wrong person, a weigh-in mentioned three weeks ago and never written down, a client who quietly stopped replying and was not noticed until they had gone.
That is not a discipline problem. A chat app has no concept of a member. There is nowhere for a plan, a weight or a voice note to belong, so everything lives in one flat timeline and the coach becomes the database.
M1 Fit gives all of it somewhere to belong. Every plan, measurement, photo, check-in and voice note is attached to a member record. Because messages are composed from that record, it is structurally impossible to send Ahmed’s plan to Sara.
The rest follows from that one decision. Once the data has a home you can chart a trend, flag someone who has gone quiet, reuse a plan across twenty clients, and see at a glance who is waiting on a reply.
Every feature has to save the coach time on the same day it is switched on, or it does not ship.
Conservative calorie floors, medical flags surfaced where you act, read access preserved when billing fails.
Nightly backups, exports on request, and pricing that scales down as easily as it scales up.
A software company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, building and running production systems for real businesses across the Gulf — facilities management, hospitality point-of-sale, workforce attendance and payroll, loyalty, and now coaching.
Where we are, and where you can reach us in your own working hours.
Run on our own infrastructure, backed up nightly, not resold from someone else’s platform.
Message us and you reach the people who wrote the code, not a ticket queue.
M1 Fit is coaching admin software. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and its calorie suggestions are a well-established estimate for a qualified coach to adjust — not a prescription. Clients with medical conditions, who are pregnant, or who are under eighteen should be working with an appropriately qualified professional, and you remain responsible for the programmes you write.
We would rather say that plainly on our About page than bury it in the terms.
No pressure and no sales script — we will show you the product and tell you honestly if it suits how you work.
