M1 Fit is operated by Momentum Tech, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. If you are a coach using M1 Fit, we are the processor for your clients' data and you are the controller — it is your data, held on your behalf.
From coaches: your name, business name, email, phone, and the settings and content you create.
From members you add: the details you enter — name, contact details, date of birth, gender, body measurements, photos, and any medical notes, allergies or dietary preferences you record.
Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, and a single session cookie so you stay signed in.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.
Medical notes, allergies, weight and body measurements are sensitive personal data. Two consequences follow, and both matter:
We store this data only to provide the service to you. We do not analyse it, share it, or use it to train anything.
Only your business. Records are scoped to your account in the database itself, on reads and on writes, and this is verified by an automated test suite on every deployment. Other coaches on the platform cannot see your members.
Our technical staff can access the servers to operate and support the service. We access customer content only when you ask us to, or when we must to fix a fault or meet a legal obligation.
On servers we operate in Germany, run by our hosting provider. Data is backed up nightly with a rolling fortnight of history. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt and are never recoverable in plain text — not even by us.
For as long as your account is active. If you close your account we delete your business and everything in it within 30 days, other than what remains in backups, which age out within a further 14 days.
You can delete individual members, measurements, photos and plans yourself at any time.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will action it, normally within 30 days.
If you are a member coached by someone using M1 Fit, contact your coach first — the data is theirs to control. If you cannot reach them, contact us and we will help.
One cookie, named m1fit.sid. It keeps you signed in. It is essential to the service, contains no personal information, and there is nothing else — no analytics, no advertising, no third-party pixels.
If we change this policy materially we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
